ETWINNING PROJECT:
MEDITERRANEAN PRODUCTS
The project studies the fruits and vegetables which are obtained in the Mediterranean countryside, such as oranges, lemons, olives or almonds. Each product is presented by each Mediterranean partner and compared with the same products that are farmed by the other partners. The products are studied from a global point of view that includes: historic review, chemical analysis, environmental implications and business current situation.
